Execution Begins with Definition
A custom home is a significant investment — financially and personally. It deserves
structure before construction. Architectural drawings, specifications, selections, scope, and financial commitments are fully defined prior to breaking ground. We do not build through assumption. We build through alignment. When details are established upfront, execution remains disciplined, coordinated, and
accountable.

OUR APPROACH
The MalexHomes Custom Build Framework

01
Defined Scope
& Specifications
Before construction begins, architectural drawings, interior design selections, and specifications are finalized. We coordinate closely with architects and interior designers to ensure every material, finish, and detail is documented and aligned with the design intent. Nothing proceeds to construction without clarity.

02
Fixed Project
Agreements
Once scope is confirmed and permits are secured, we establish a fixed construction agreement. Clients understand their financial commitment before ground is broken not during the build. Cost exposure is defined. Change management is formalized. Transparency is maintained.

03
Structured
Executions
Construction is managed internally through disciplined scheduling, trade coordination, and site supervision. Quality control is embedded within the process — not corrected after the fact. Oversight remains consistent from foundation through completion.

04
Transparent
Communication
Throughout construction, clients receive documented updates, milestone reporting, and scheduled walkthroughs. There is no expectation for clients to manage trades o site operations. That responsibility remain with us.
Timeline & Construction Model
A Defined Construction Timeline
Most custom homes are completed within 8–10 months, depending on scale and architectural complexity.
Prior to construction, a detailed schedule outlining key milestones and anticipated completion is provided.
You should be able to plan your life around your home — not the other way around.
